1. Definition:

   Consider and define your needs. (Employee turnover? Leadership skills?) Gather a group and attend classes with a discount in the Concealed handgun licensing process, and other topics.

3. Logistics:

   HRDS will work with you to determine the appropriate duration, location, and budget of your needs. (Concealed handgun classes are held in five (5) East Texas counties, contact us for a class near you.)

4. Recommendation:

   HRDS will recommend a method of delivery for training and improvement. (We recommend the See, Hear, Do adult education method.) Classroom and outdoor range courses are available for the Concealed Handgun program.

5. Evaluation:

   After training, HRDS will meet with you to assess progress and recommend further steps, if necessary. (We assist in all levels of the Concealed Handgun licensing process.)

• Texas Concealed Handgun Licensing Classes: $100.00 (Eight (8) hours classroom, Two (2) hours range time) Basic Renewal Course-$50.00 Four hours: Two (2) hours classroom, two (2) hours range time.
